General
Meeting
Our next general meeting will be on June 25th during morning tea.
Agenda will include:
- Babies'Prom
Aug.20th - For those who have said they are going, remaining tickets
need to be distributed and monies collected.
- Halloween
Party Wed.Oct.29th- It is still a few months off, but perhaps
start thinking about what special activities/crafts we can prepare...
- Fundraising
- Do we want to do anymore fundraising? Possibly wines again,
or Tania suggested buying from a toy catalogue, and for every
set $$ amount purchased the playgroup receives a voucher for toys
from that catalogue. This can be an idea for Xmas. Tania will
provide us with more info she will get. Any other ideas??
- Belated Mother's
Day Drinks/Meal - Shall we finally fix a date to go out for drinks/meal
at The Golden Barley or any other nearby establishment?
- Events -
Are there any other events/outings we'd like to do later in the
year? If you know of anything that the kids might enjoy as an
outing pls let us know.
- Membership
renewal forms - Anyone who has not yet renewed their Playgroup
NSW membership and have not submitted the pink copy of the form
to us, please do so asap as it is necessary for our insurance.
Also, if your contact details have changed pls inform us.
