Welcome Wall
In one of history's
great migrations, more than 6 million people have crossed the
world to settle in Australia.
To honour the
achievements of these immigrants, and their contribution to
building today's Australia, a Welcome Wall, 100 metres long, has
been built at Pyrmont, on the shores of Sydney Harbour, next to
the National Maritime Museum. The Welcome Wall features the
names of immigrants engraved on bronze panels.
In consequence of
our efforts to record the Family History of Jacob Bush we have
registered Jacob and his wife, Elizabeth, for inclusion on the
Welcome Wall.
